GHJ recently hosted its latest Women’s Empowerment Speaker Series on the importance of flexibility in the workplace. The session, titled “Flexibility isn’t a ‘women’s issue,’” was led by GHJ’s Lizbeth Nevarez with panelists from GHJ David Sutton and Yulia Murzaeva and special guest speaker Nichol Whiteman, Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation.
Each panelist shared their experience in a flexible work environment, the misconception of women being the only ones seeking flexibility at work and the impact it can have on others whether they need it or not.
