LOS ANGELES, CA (Oct. 24, 2018) – The Los Angeles-based accounting firm Green Hasson Janks is expanding its Tax Practice. Gregory Wilder joined the Firm’s Tax Practice as a partner to lead and grow the Firm’s High Net Worth Practice.
Wilder is an attorney and CPA and brings with him 35 years of experience in tax and accounting with an emphasis in wealth management and income and estate tax planning strategies. His experience includes working with individuals, closely held businesses and multi-family offices on business succession planning, estate and wealth planning, investment management advisory services, individual taxes, mergers and acquisitions, liquidity event planning and strategies and risk management.

Previously, Gregory was named one of the “Nation’s 100 Most Exclusive Wealth Advisors” by The Robb Report’s Worth Magazine, and he has authored many articles for The Journal of Real Estate Taxation and The Florida Bar Journal. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the American Academy of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, Association for Corporate Growth and Financial Executives International. He is also licensed as a CPA in three states.
Prior to joining Green Hasson Janks in 2018, Gregory owned his own firm in Texas. He also co-founded a technology start-up based in New York. Prior to that, he worked at several accounting firms, including as a tax partner at a Big Six accounting firm, a regional accounting firm in Texas and international accounting firms in Georgia and Florida. He has led statewide, regional and national Private Client practices at each of these firms. He also has relevant experience as a wealth manager and private banker.
Gregory holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Florida, Gainesville, and a Juris Doctor and Bachelor in Accounting from Stetson University.
